Exchange and Returns

If you wish to exchange an item that you purchased, you can do so within 3 days from the day your order was delivered. 

 

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE

  • The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels.

  • The exchange must be initiated on our Instagram DM (@koshi.official) within 3 days of the item being delivered 

 

Exchange Fees:

  • Delivery charge will be free if it is a fault from our side.

    • Cases include if the item delivered has any defect or if the size delivered is not the size you ordered. 

 

  • Delivery charge needs to be paid by the customer if we are not liable. 

    • Cases include if the customer orders the wrong size for them and the item does not fit them well.

 

Store Credit

We do not normally accept returns and refunds but we do have exceptions where you can return the delivered item and receive store credit equivalent to the amount you originally purchased. 

  • If the customer orders an item and has to exchange it for any reason but we do not have stock to exchange it.
